Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Day to day management of all existing clients

  • Day to day management of a live driver pool with numbers ranging up to 120 temporary workers

  • Delivery of excellent Customer service both to internal and external clients

  • Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI’s

  • Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget

  • Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive

  • Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a pro-active approach.

  • Up-sell to gain growth with current client base

  • No out of hours on-call other than supporting the teams in peak periods and various overtime shifts

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Min 2 + years experience in the driving sector recruitment

  • Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with large blue-chip clients

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven

  • Knowledge of drivers hours and regulations

  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour

  • Able to work in a high pressured environment

  • Full UK driving license

  • True desire to be develop and offer growth within the company
