A well-established Recruitment, Transport and distribution company are looking for a Recruitment Industrial Driving Sector Manager to join their team in Birmingham. They will supply and industrial and Driving staff to logistics, industrial and skilled sectors. As an Industrial Driving Sector Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the job yourself and the team to, recruitment, sales, compliance, all KPI’s, along with key account management. Whilst working closely alongside your Branch Manager, you will be required to:
Build and maintain cohesive teams.
Oversee your sales activity, ensuring that pipelines are completed to time, leads are followed up on and regular sales meetings are arranged and attended by yourself.
Ensure that all weekly and monthly bookings targets are met.
Ensure that all relevant legal and company compliance requirements are adhered to.
Plan and execute recruitment activity in-line with seasonal variations and targets.
Keep a close eye that on all key clients to fully maintain relationships and service KPI’s. Also ensuring all service visit schedules are maintained for all clients.
Oversee your own administration.
Maintain staff discipline and initiate any action/escalate any concerns as required.
Attend all senior quarterly meetings. (Manage your holidays around these dates) and attend all meetings wherever possible.
To be available to work at any site to support as and when required covering all duties.
To be a successful Recruitment Industrial driving sector Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:
To be self-motivated with experience of a similar role.
Experience from within a sales or recruitment role would be an advantage.
Has good IT-skills
Must have a good telephone manner.
To be smart and well presented.
Must hold a full UK driving licence.
The ability to work well under pressure.
